What Jobs Tracker connects to
Jobs Tracker exports timesheets and job costs to Sage 50 and Xero, looks companies and addresses up from Companies House and the Royal Mail postcode file, and plots your vans on a live map when a tracker feed is connected. This page lists what is connected today, what is being rolled out, and what is not available — so you can check the one you depend on before you trial anything.
Accounting and payroll

The Sage export is the one worth looking at closely if you already run Sage: hours arrive against the right cost code and the right worker resource, which is the difference between an export you post and an export somebody re-keys.
Vehicles and location
The live map is fed from a telematics connector, so seeing vans move on it needs a tracker feed. What the engineers’ phones produce, with no tracker at all, is the journey reconstruction behind each worker-day, the distance figures the carbon reports are built from, and the accuracy grade attached to every tap-in — so attendance and hours stay defensible whether or not you run vehicle tracking.
On top of that, Jobs Tracker can take a feed from a telematics provider so vans appear on the map whether or not the engineer’s phone is with the vehicle. One provider connector is built and is being rolled out. If you already run a tracking system — Geotab, Samsara, Verizon Connect, Webfleet, Quartix or another — tell us which one and we will confirm what it takes to feed it in before you commit to anything. These are supported on request rather than as off-the-shelf connectors, and this page will say otherwise on the day that changes.

Not available today
Listed so nobody discovers one of these mid-trial:
- No accounting connection beyond Sage 50, Xero and CSV.
- No Zapier or Make connectors.
- No outbound webhooks, so another system cannot subscribe to events here.
- No general public API — the enquiry intake endpoint is the only one exposed to customers.
- No BI or data-warehouse export for analytics tools.
- No SMS sending in any workflow.
- No client login, so nothing client-facing can be automated into a portal.
